This tale of an American Triad seen through the eyes of a new recruit - Evan (Cliff Tang). His boss, Brother Ming (Danton Mew), is the leader of an American Triad. Brother Ming has been promoted to join the inner circle in Hong Kong. Now, Brother Ming must choose a successor.
