A young cleaning lady, eager to change her life, tricks a client into thinking they're married. A comedy about missed opportunities, second chances and a whole lot of confusion.

“ This is your trolley. This is your route... Each cleaning lady is assigned a route. It's your job to clean all the houses on your route. Now, each girl has her own way of doing things.... ”

So begins The Cleaning Lady, a comedy about a cleaning lady who seems to do things the wrong way.

Madeline, a young cleaning lady, dreams of a better life. But her ambitions are knocked off course by her lazy husband Joe and her own self doubts. One day she meets Stanford, a student who encourages her to go back to school. But then a quirky accident throws them together, and the next thing she knows, she's tricked Stanford into thinking they're married. For a brief moment life is crazy, wonderful and insane as she juggles two husbands, two jobs, and too many lies.

Danton Mew portrays Mr. Lau - a teacher from Guangzhou Academy.
